You may scroll to the bottom of the page to download the Excel Timesheet.
Editor
The timesheet is built in the latest version of Excel, with backward compatibility to Excel 2010.
ExcelTimeSheet is intended to be edited in either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Other editors, such as Apple Numbers, Open Office, Libre Office, etc. will not suffice.
Storage
You can store ExcelTimeSheet locally on your device, or in a cloud location such as OneDrive or Google Drive.
Edition
The timesheet comes in three editions:
- VBA-enabled edition for Microsoft Excel (with macros)
- VBA-disabled edition for Microsoft Excel (without macros)
- VBA-disabled edition for Google Sheets (without macros)
Which Edition should you use?
If you run Microsoft Excel locally on a PC or a Mac, either as a standalone application or in Office 365 (not in the web editor), you may use whichever edition you prefer. We recommend choosing the VBA-enabled edition. The only exception would be if your organization has installed software on your computer that blocks macros from running.
When you purchase the VBA-enabled edition, you will also receive the two VBA-disabled editions at no additional cost.
If you run Microsoft Excel in an online web editor, or if you are using the Excel mobile app on a tablet, iPad, or smartphone, we recommend choosing the VBA-disabled edition, since these apps do not support VBA at the time of writing.
If you use Google Sheets, you should use the VBA-disabled edition entitled ‘..GoogleSheets’.
(*) If you enjoy using ExcelTimeSheet in your business, we would be grateful to hear about it. Please send us your written testimony where you let us know why you like it. If you also allow us it in our advertizing campaings, we will give you free updated versions of the timesheet in the future.
